Very pretty and amazing location for Sibiu, right by the historic centre as well as the main tourist attractions. Also, away from the main attraction of Sibiu. The hotel of choice in Sibiu;)))

By and large, it was fine base for sightseeing in Sibiu, had much fun and met helpful staff with one staff member.

Modern hotel in an excellent location to central "Old Town " area, the services were good. We had en suite, good-sized room with a balcony overlooking the back yard, generous breakfast, crisp linens.

Although everything was really good, some of the staff were insufficient.

The airport shuttle is convenient for guests arriving late, and the welcome drink is a nice touch. I also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance, which made it easy to explore the city. The room amenities were impressive, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The comfortable sitting area and terrace were great for relaxation. Additionally, the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and undisturbed stay. The garden furniture added a charming touch to the overall experience, and the free toiletries were a nice extra touch. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor provided a luxurious feel, while the dining options, including in-room breakfast and a bar/lounge area, offered convenience and choice. Stayed in Ceausescu's son's villa, nestled near beautiful mountains. Enjoyed the garden and the view from the dormer windows. Free WiFi and parking, plus access to a shared garden.

I absolutely hated the fact that the front courtyard had parking space for only 9 cars. How am I supposed to park my collection of vintage cars?

Great location, lovely room, friendly staff. The hotel was situated in a key location, just a short walk from the main city center. The room was the perfect size and the bathroom included modern fixtures. The staff was very hospitable and always willing to help with any questions or requests.

No elevators and limited breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have any elevators, which made it quite difficult to climb the stairs with luggage.
